I think it’s so funny how RIGHT AFTER the holidays, catalogue companies and stores mail out their spring editions. I mean it’s JANUARY 6! But – I fall right into it. With the cold finally here, I love to look through the catalogue’s pages of new spring bedding, furniture, and accessories arrivals. Here are a few of my favorite. These items are from Ballard Design, Garnet Hill, Pottery Barn, and Home Decorator’s Collection.
I really think this set is special. The cafe table and chairs from Ballard Designs looks really good and it can fold to store well. Tyler and I are looking at something like this for our deck this spring. We want to be able to set it up on our deck and enjoy dinner in the summer sunshine; we want to be able to fold it away in our storage closet when the summer storm comes!, and I want to be able to take a chair into the grass while little man plays.
Tyler and I have been adding framed pictures throughout our home. It’s a simple way to decorate. Monogrammable silver plated frames seem to me like the perfect way to treasure keepsakes and memories. From Pottery Barn, this feminine collection is reasonably priced and really would look good in anybody’s home.
I’m not sure that we are going to add one of these Garnet Hill hooked wool rugs to our home, but I think it’s such a fun rug! I love all of the different colors – what a way to welcome your family and friends into your home!
These pillows caught my eye in the Garnet Hill catalogue because of the horse weathervane pillow in navy. It provides me with inspiration for my little boy’s room as he grows.
When you cannot find something anywhere else, Home Decorator’s Collection catalogue and website seem to never fail. I think this lamp is an example of that. It can be hard to find a good desk or side table lamp and this masculine lamp is just the ticket.
I love these green recycled glass vases! I like how Pottery Barn shows them being used as utilitarian storage and of course you can fill them with pretty spring flowers (sooner than later, anyways…)
These bath rugs are so cute; I just wish there was one that said OURS since we only have one sink in our master bath!
This bedding tempts me to want new bedding for our master. In Pottery Barn’s Porcelain Blue like our current bedding, I love these wide blue and white stripes. Our wall’s paint color would already match… (I might have to talk with Tyler!!)
I really like furniture that is versatile. I think that this good-looking chair could be used in almost any room in your home; dining room, living room, bed room, even in a sunroom.
